Purchase Executive
Job Responsibilities :
 Identification of all requirements in requisition for purchase issued by different Departments.  Ensure that all potential suppliers (A Grade) are provided with identical information upon which the quotations are given equal opportunity to meet the desired requirements.  Receiving the price quotations. (competitive quotes)  Prepare schedule of comparison  Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project  Maintain the BOQ with updates from suppliers until after awarding the contract.  Liaison with other departments, particularly the accounting, manufacturing and stock departments.  Reiterate with designers and suppliers for finalization of quantity and quality.  Establish delivery terms, time and stages of inspection for the supply with Project Management Team.  Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions, maintaining high level of integrity.  Keep accurate records to justify the process and any other related decisions made in this regard  Issuance of Purchase order.  Tracking and expediting of Shipment.  Handle Delivery and inspection of items. Assist in Insurance claims, if any.  Client acceptance/rejection, warranties and other related follow up matters with the supplier till completion of Project.  Keep updated with market developments and assist in Vendor Development.  Report on budget versus Actual performance on project-wise basis  Arrange and participate in meetings between suppliers and Company engineers and other personnel to facilitate standardization and economical procurement.  Handling the capital as well as consumable activities requirement with respect to Mechanical & Utility Departments  Handling the following departments for routine maintenance. a) Mechanical b) Utility c) Instrumentation d) Electrical e) Store consumables  To maintain all ISO/EHS/QMS & OSHAS related documentation for its proper implementation and compliance. Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors.

Qualification & Experience :
 Academic: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical)  Professional: MBA  Experience: 0-4 Years


R & D Officers/Executive
Job Responsibilities :
To validate the new processes being developed for new and existing molecules, find and understand the reasons & process of impurities formation. Trouble shoot any abnormalities in the developed process

Qualification & Experience :
M.Sc – Chemistry 2 to 6 years of relevant experience


Q.C Officer/Executive
Job Responsibilities :
Handling sophisticated instruments like HPLC, GC, GCHS, UV, TOC,& Particle size analyzer. . Documentation as per GMP requirement

QA Officer/Executive
Job Responsibilities :

Job Responsibilities :
 To explore Emerging Export Markets (Africa, Latin America, South East Asia, Middle East) to bring in the new Customers.  Exploring new markets to ensure the sufficient database for the company. Increase the amount of revenue from new sources & retaining the old ones.  To help in the implementation & maintenance of export compliance policies & procedures.  To develop and execute risk assessments of export compliance programs to ensure that all sites follow established policies and procedures.  To ensure compliance with the custom regulations of India as well as destination country.  To oversee Export Activities, Documentation and Monetary transactions in a timely manner.  Coordination with Quality Control (QC) with all the customer feedback to improve the quality and reduce the rejection rate of the material.  To develop market with respect to upcoming products of the company  To provide feedback to management in order to build strategic decision and then to put practice the same to achieve the targets.  To work on primary and secondary research with respect to Company’s Pharma products and use the conclusion to assist in sales realisation.  To track payments with respect to shipments.  Preparing the export database to track competitors’ activities and reporting the same to HOD.  Following up sales.
